Usage and Product Analytics

We may collect usage events such as page views, feature usage, login events, onboarding completion, package generation, job analysis, support ticket activity, and other product interactions. These analytics help us improve reliability, usability, and product quality.

Support Information

If you contact support or create a support ticket, we may collect your message, ticket category, priority, related application details if provided, replies, and related support metadata.

2. Browser Extension Data

ApplyForge offers a browser extension called ApplyForge Job Clipper. The extension helps users score and save job listings from supported job sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.

When you use the extension, ApplyForge may process job-related information from the current supported job page, including:

  • job title
  • company name
  • job description or visible job summary
  • job location
  • source website
  • source URL
  • work type or seniority signals if available
  • scoring metadata shown in the extension panel

This information is used to calculate Priority Scores, display fit and opportunity insights, estimate recruiter reply likelihood, and save jobs to your ApplyForge account when you choose to do so.

The extension does not collect unrelated browsing history, passwords, payment information, or content from pages unrelated to ApplyForge job scoring and saving.

The extension does not save jobs to your ApplyForge account unless you choose to save them.
